Job Summary and Qualifications
As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will be part of a remarkable interdisciplinary team. Your contributions will be vital to our success. Every role significantly impacts our patients' lives, and you have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference. We are looking for dedicated professionals like you to be part of our Surgical Services team.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize your specialized OR Nurse skills to cater to specific age groups, including adult, adolescent, geriatric, or pediatric populations.
- Prepare for each procedure and/or surgery by ensuring adequate stock and appropriate equipment is available in assigned areas.
- Assist with post-procedure tasks, including cleaning the room between procedures, organizing unused supplies, and setting up for the next procedure.
- Educate, supervise, and serve as a resource for staff members, delegating tasks according to their competency levels.
- Rotate to areas outside of the OR as needed, performing only those duties you have demonstrated competency in.

Qualifications:
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or an active multi-state Registered Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in the perioperative (OR) setting is required.
- ACLS and PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
- CNOR preferred.
