Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Program Specialist to join our team at TalentZok. As a Program Specialist, you will serve as a liaison between members and dealers for our Auto buying program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Respond to member calls within 24 hours, educate members on the benefits of using the Auto Program, and counsel dealers on process and price.
  • Program Administration: Gather information, research, and communicate with all parties on the guidelines of the program, ensuring accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Issue Resolution: Conduct follow-up calls to both dealers and members to ensure issues are resolved timely and efficiently.
  • Program Support: Provide support to other Program Specialists as needed, while also working independently to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a service-oriented environment.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience communicating with customers via phone, with a strong background in customer service and retention.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience using an Outlook calendar to track and manage follow-up calls; and strong attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent listening skills; positive attitude, energetic, and enthusiastic; good work ethic, reliable, and accountable; and strong organizational skills with the ability to self-manage.
