Key Responsibilities- Minimum of 3 years of experience in defense litigation is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Trial Director, or similar trial presentation software is essential.
- Familiarity with CaseMap, TextMap, and TimeMap is advantageous, along with experience using WestLaw, LexisNexis, and Accurint.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple cases concurrently. Responsibilities include:
- Billing and time entry
- Drafting legal documents
- Preparing discovery materials, including e-Discovery
- Conducting records requests and reviews
- Document redaction
- Vetting expert witnesses
- Performing background searches
- Assisting in mediation and trial preparation
