We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Development Professional with a focus on sports and fitness to join our team at Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles. This role will play a vital part in creating a positive and enriching environment for youth, fostering their growth through engaging athletic activities and promoting healthy lifestyles.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise sports programs, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Develop and implement creative fitness activities that cater to diverse interests and skill levels.
- Cultivate a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
- Track program attendance and progress, providing regular feedback to members and parents.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the seamless delivery of comprehensive youth development programs.
