Job Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time Litigation Associate Attorney to enhance our dynamic legal team. Our firm specializes in commercial litigation, particularly in areas such as real estate disputes, including boundary issues, restrictive covenant violations, and HOA matters, as well as oil and gas royalty disputes and various business-related contractual disagreements.

The ideal candidate will possess some experience in commercial litigation and will be prepared to engage in all facets of case management. Responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategies.
  • Drafting and reviewing essential legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Representing clients in court, during depositions, and in mediation sessions.
  • Collaborating with senior attorneys to formulate effective litigation plans.
  • Managing case files, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring compliance with legal standards in document production.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Successful completion of the Texas Bar examination.
  • Active license to practice law in Texas, in good standing with the State Bar.
  • Strong writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
