Job Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time litigation associate attorney to enhance our legal team. Our firm specializes in commercial litigation, particularly focusing on real estate disputes such as boundary issues, restrictive covenant violations, and HOA-related matters. Additionally, we handle oil & gas royalty disputes and various business-related contractual disagreements.

The ideal candidate will possess some experience in commercial litigation and be eager to engage in all facets of case management. Responsibilities will include conducting thorough discovery, drafting compelling motions, and representing clients in hearings. You will also prepare witnesses for depositions and trials, manage mediation processes, and advocate for clients in court when necessary.

Compensation: $75,000-$130,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis to inform case strategies.
  • Draft and review essential legal documents, including pleadings and briefs.
  • Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including depositions and mediations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to devise effective litigation strategies.
  • Oversee case files, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Successful completion of the Texas Bar examination.
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
  • Strong writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
