We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at API Heat Transfer. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing intermediate troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance work on equipment and apparatus.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Perform complex preventative and predictive maintenance on machines and equipment using various tools and equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electrical and various types of industrial controls on manufacturing equipment for rebuilding, repairing or fabricating purposes.
- Installation and Repair: Modify and rebuild manufacturing equipment to meet new machine requirements or production demands with engineering support. Install capital equipment.
- Documentation: Maintain work orders on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Document all machine preventative, predictive and/or maintenance repairs clearly and concisely for accurate maintenance record keeping.
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Experience: A minimum 3+ years' work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Ability to problem solve, multitask, and work independently. Laser cutting system experience. Electrical experience with 12/24v - 120/240v - 230/480v. Troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications (Word, and Excel).
