Job Title: Athletic Coach

Leona Group Schools is seeking a dedicated and experienced Athletic Coach to join our team. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive coaching program that fosters teamwork, discipline, and academic excellence in student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a coaching program that aligns with the school's mission and values.
  • Recruit and manage a team of assistant coaches and support staff.
  • Plan and conduct practices and games, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for student-athletes.
  • Monitor and report on student-athlete progress, including academic and athletic performance.
  • Collaborate with the athletic director and other coaches to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding student-athlete progress and team activities.
  • Model positive behavior and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
  • Coaching Certificate
  • First Aid Course
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card (IVP)
  • 1 year of coaching experience preferred
