Job Title: Facility Manager

At JLL, we are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Facility Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the daily management and operations of a facility, ensuring seamless execution of Integrated Facilities Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Finance: Develop and manage operating budgets, forecast financial performance, and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Sourcing: Evaluate service levels, develop sourcing plans, and assist with RFP/RFQ processes to meet client objectives.
  • Operations: Monitor workflow, provide feedback to subordinates, and review dispatch matrices to ensure timely completion and high customer satisfaction.
  • Talent Management: Exhibit leadership qualities, mentor and counsel employees, and identify succession planning opportunities.
  • Client Service: Ensure effective communication protocols, respond promptly to communications, and participate in meetings to share ideas and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management.
  • Minimum 8 years industry experience in corporate environment, third-party service provider, or as a consultant.
  • Strong organizational, management, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Share Point, and CMMS Supervisory.
