Job Description

AAC Inc. is a veteran-owned company that has been assisting customers to transform and modernize their enterprise architecture, processes, applications, and infrastructure since 1983. We are looking for a talented IT License Compliance Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT software management and a comprehensive knowledge of software asset life cycle management processes planning, deployment, monitoring, and disposal.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing software utilization, identifying cost savings opportunities, and providing recommendations for process improvements. You will also be required to review software normalization and update discovery mapping to existing software models/versions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT software management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of software asset life cycle management processes.
  • Experience creating software models, entering software entitlements and contracts, and linking them.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and electronically.
  • Detailed-oriented with accuracy of asset assignments, inventories, and reporting.
