Nursing Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care to our residents at Cheshire House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing routine daily nursing care and services to our residents, in accordance with their assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic care to residents and assist them in daily activities
- Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
Requirements:
- Must have a valid CT C.N.A certification
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
