While no two days will be identical, your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Conducting client discovery discussions alongside sales representatives
  • Engaging with customers to assess their hardware and software requirements
  • Collaborating with the sales team to devise tailored solutions
  • Preparing and delivering presentations on targeted products
  • Providing follow-up support post-deployment to customers
  • Assisting in nurturing relationships with existing clients
  • Facilitating communication with the technical solutions team to relay and distribute information
  • Serving as a reference and problem-solver for customers regarding technical inquiries
  • Supporting the technology solutions and/or sales team with technical-related questions concerning our systems and applications

Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to present concepts in a clear, user-friendly manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Technical aptitude with the capability to troubleshoot and train others
- Organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite or similar software, with a willingness to learn new or updated applications
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
- Prior experience as a solutions engineer is advantageous
- Familiarity with business hardware and software systems is beneficial
- Experience in sales, technology, or education is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a desk and using a computer
- Capability to lift or move up to 20 pounds in relation to hardware.
