Innova Solutions is currently seeking a Senior PCB Design Engineer.

Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)

As a Senior PCB Design Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a degree or diploma in Electronics.

Proficient knowledge in:

  • Comprehensive understanding of datasheets, library creation for complex logical designs and footprints.
  • IPC standards for footprint development and layout processes.
  • Familiarity with all pertinent IPC standards and MIL standard design practices.
  • PCB design workflow from library creation to Gerber release for fabrication.
  • EMI/EMC considerations, power supply, RF layout design methodologies, placement, and routing.
  • Hands-on experience in high-speed, multilayer PCB design.
  • Auto-routing of critical and non-critical signals.
  • DFx (DFA, DFM & DFT) evaluations.
  • Expertise in standard high-speed digital, analog, and mixed-signal design.
  • DRC and post-processing (Gerber settings, fabrication, and assembly file generation).
  • Quality assurance for footprints, PCB layout files, fabrication, and assembly files.
  • Collaboration with design, mechanical, SI, PI, thermal, fabrication, and assembly teams for clarifications and reviews.
  • Experience with motherboards, tablet PCs, laptops, mobile devices, evaluation boards for ICs, telecom boards, servers, automotive applications, networking, backplanes, and aerospace/space application boards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead projects independently.

Required PCB Tools:

  • Mentor Xpedition, Mentor PADS.
  • Valor.
  • GC-Preview or Gerber tools for reviews.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $95,000 - $100,000 per year.

Note: The offered salary will be based on various factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific job duties, and certifications.
