Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to all phases of PCB design from concept to layout to test
  • Conduct electronics failure analysis and implement mitigation strategies
  • Utilize ECAD and simulation tools (Altium, LTSpice) for design and development tasks and conduct electronics packaging with 3D modeling/CAD
  • Work with technicians to provide electronic assembly and test assistance

Requirements for Success

  • Full PCB design experience and electronics packaging expertise
  • BS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering (or comparable)
  • Experience with drones/UAS, RC, or robotics systems a plus
  • Self-starter with effective problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Adaptability in a high-tempo and rapidly shifting environment
  • Experience with RF Systems and MIL-STD-461 a significant advantage
