Your Responsibilities

  • Participate in all stages of PCB design, from initial concept through to layout and testing
  • Perform electronics failure analysis and develop effective mitigation strategies
  • Employ ECAD and simulation software (such as Altium and LTSpice) for design tasks, alongside 3D modeling and CAD for electronics packaging
  • Collaborate with technicians to assist in electronic assembly and testing processes

Qualifications for Success

  • Extensive experience in PCB design and expertise in electronics packaging
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Familiarity with drones, UAS, RC, or robotics systems is advantageous
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience with RF systems and MIL-STD-461 is highly desirable
