Regional Sales Director

Randstad USA, the world's leading talent partner, is seeking a Transformational Leader to drive sales growth and expand client relationships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing an effective sales strategy to gain new accounts and strengthen existing partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully closing large enterprise deals and possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. They will also have experience selling solutions versus products and be able to design and implement solutions that provide customer delight.
In this role, you will oversee hiring and operational execution to ensure seamless talent delivery, workforce management, and client satisfaction. You will also establish meaningful and productive relationships at all client levels and manage a wide and deep sales pipeline including database creation.
