Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all warehouse operations are conducted in a timely and efficient manner, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales volume and inventory turnover goals.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, and ensure that all merchandise is properly stored and secured.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Oversee the receipt and shipment of merchandise, including processing HUB, 3rd-party deliveries, and transfers.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the warehouse and other departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
