Trabajar con usuarios en un enfoque de desarrollo ágil para comprender requisitos, obtener retroalimentación y refinar soluciones a través de demostraciones. Participar plenamente en el proceso Agile/Scrum, expresando opiniones y contribuyendo activamente.

Presentar soluciones en revisiones de diseño formales e informales, documentando el diseño de acuerdo con la metodología del ciclo de vida del sistema del Gobierno.

Ingeniero Full-Stack capaz de diseñar soluciones, escribir código, realizar pruebas, automatizar pruebas y despliegues.
Mentorar y elevar el nivel de los compañeros en todas las áreas.

Estar preparado y dispuesto a aprender nuevas tecnologías y colaborar en tareas de historia (diseño, codificación, pruebas, CI/CD, despliegue, mantenimiento y mejora).

Investigar y aprender nuevas metodologías y tecnologías, aportando conocimiento al equipo.
Poseer una sólida comprensión y experiencia en patrones de arquitectura, incluyendo ESB, SOA, bases de datos, integración, Cloud y arquitectura de Microservicios.

Ser un tecnólogo automotivado y altamente motivado que pueda trabajar con un alto grado de autonomía y priorizar de manera efectiva.

Participar en Revisiones de Código y apoyar iniciativas de QA para asegurar una entrega de alta calidad.

Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas, con la capacidad de identificar y documentar rápidamente la causa raíz de los problemas, comunicando eficazmente posibles soluciones.

Utilizar prácticas de ingeniería como programación en pareja, TDD, ATDD, CI/CD y técnicas de refactorización.

Experiencia Laboral:
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en TI.
3 años de experiencia en Java JEE, HTML, JavaScript, Typescript y bibliotecas de frameworks requeridas.
2 años de experiencia práctica con el framework Spring.
2 años de experiencia en Bases de Datos Relacionales/SQL.
Comprensión del desarrollo Front-End (Angular, React).
Experiencia en entornos Linux/Unix y Windows.
Experiencia práctica con el proceso CI/CD – Jenkins, Gitlab, etc.
Experiencia en la nube es un plus.
Experiencia con alguna variación de BPM (Business Process Modeler) workflow.
Este es un puesto altamente técnico.

Experiencia Técnica Requerida:
Título universitario de una institución acreditada en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Eléctrica o disciplinas relacionadas.
Experiencia en Java, Spring Boot, JSON, HTML4/5, AJAX, JSP, CSS, JDBC, JPA/Hibernate.
Comprensión clara de servicios web y estándares relacionados con SOA como REST/OAuth/JSON y SOAP/WSDL. Experiencia en la escritura y consumo de servicios web (SOAP/RESTful).
Experiencia con Microservicios basados en Spring Cloud, desarrollo de servicios en SOAP y REST.
Fuerte conocimiento de SQL.

Backend:

Desarrollo de pruebas unitarias 100% automatizadas.
