Job Description

Aneesh Technologies Inc is seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer to join our team.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced developer to design and build applications using Core Java/J2EE and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Relational Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and SQL, as well as experience with multiple technologies such as Java/J2EE & middleware (WebLogic, Apache, Spring Boot, etc.) in UNIX/Linux environment and Scripting languages such as UNIX Shell.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Leads & developers on solutions and independently develop and deliver in an agile environment. They will lend expertise to design, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, maintaining and modifying of computer programs of moderate complexity and risk.

The candidate will perform investigation, analysis and resolution of technical problems related to system functions, programming and procedures. They will monitor operating efficiency of existing systems and perform defect resolution.

Additionally, the candidate will work with users in an Agile development approach to understand requirements, then elicit feedback and refine solution through demonstrations. They will participate in Code Reviews and support QA initiatives to ensure high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines. They will have expertise with Java, Spring boot, JSON, HTML4/5, AJAX, JSP, CSS, JDBC, JPA/Hibernate and a clear understanding of web services and SOA related standards like REST/OAuth/JSON and SOAP/WSDL.

Experience with Spring Cloud-based Microservice, Experience in Service development in SOAP and REST, Strong SQL, Back-End: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JVM, Microservice, REST, Database (RDMS, Maria DB), User Interface (UI): JavaScript (Vanilla JS, React.JS, AngularJS), Typescript (Angular 2+), CSS3, HTML5, responsive web design, Cloud/DevOps: Ansible, Docker, AWS, CI/CD: Jenkins, Artifactory, Gitlab, Nexus, Build Tools: Maven, Gradle, NPM, Yarn, Automated Test Tools: Junit, Cucumber are required.

Desired knowledge and experience includes developing 100% automating unit tests, using the Eclipse IDE, strong initiative, ability to work in a high-pressured, tight-deadline environment, superior written and oral communication skills, ability to multitask efficiently and progressively and work comfortably in an ever-changing data environment, ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently, excellent verbal/written communication and problem solving skills; ability to communicate information to a variety of groups at different technical skill levels.

Customer Requirements: Clearance – Must pass CBP BI, Citizenship – Must be a US Citizen.
