About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Ciena Healthcare. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our guests in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services to guests, including medication administration and health education.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Assess guest health status, notify physicians of changes, and implement new orders promptly.
  • Contribute to the development of individualized care plans and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and support for guests.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
  • Current LPN licensure in the state.
  • CPR certification.
