Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving retail sales, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infuse our customer-centric culture into the store environment, driving sales by genuinely connecting with customers and building relationships.
- Believe that customers are the most important individuals to our business, and prioritize their needs and satisfaction.
- Meet store-specific sales goals and objectives, including Crown Rewards program enrollment.
- Assist management in developing and training staff on new products and processes.
- Provide supervision and managerial support in the absence of management.
- Utilize excellent selling skills to build sales and drive customer satisfaction.
- Proactively learn retail product knowledge to effectively sell to customers.
- Maintain and restock displays as directed by management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to continuously stand/walk, frequently push/pull, and occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel.
