About the Role
We are seeking a licensed clinical therapist to join our team at Family Counseling Associates. As a licensed clinical therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychotherapy services to clients in our Danvers, Massachusetts center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices
Requirements
- Clear and active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensure in Massachusetts
- Experience working with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Experience with couples or family counseling
- Self-motivated and able to quickly build rapport with clients
