We are seeking a licensed psychologist to join our team at Family Counseling Associates. As a licensed psychologist, you will work with a wide range of clinical presentations, including children, adolescents, and adults. About the Role

This is a full-time position, with the opportunity to use telehealth 1-2 days a week. Additional days on-site are required, and you must commit to two evenings per week. The salary range for this position is $104,100 to $156,100 per year, with bonuses based on performance.

Requirements
  • Clear and active Ph.D. or PsyD licensed in Massachusetts.
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents.
  • Experience with couples or family counseling.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.
