Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy and related services to patients in skilled nursing facilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes
  • Supervise and direct physical therapy assistants and rehab techs to ensure efficient and effective care
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy
  • Valid physical therapist state license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
