Position Overview:
As a vital member of our healthcare team at Accede Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for providing expert dietary guidance and nutritional support. Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care through tailored dietary plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans based on patient assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on dietary practices and nutritional health.
Travel Requirements:
Travelers must maintain a permanent address that is at least 50 miles from the facility.
Licensing Information:
Pending licenses are not accepted for this position.
Availability:
No restrictions on time off.
Guaranteed Hours:
Travelers may be called off once per pay period or once every two weeks, with remaining shifts guaranteed.
Work schedule consists of Monday to Friday day shifts, with 8-hour shifts and rotating weekends.
