  6. Documentation Maintenance: Keep accurate records of all systems and components operating within the network.
  7. Advanced Support Services: Provide high-level support, including complex troubleshooting and system configuration.

  9. Peripheral Device Support: Assist users with various peripheral devices.
  10. On-site User Support: Provide direct technical assistance to users at their workstations.
  11. Service Documentation: Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions for future reference.
  12. Virtual Environment Support: Assist users in both secure and non-secure environments.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity. (An additional 2 years of experience may substitute for a degree.)
  • Possession of DoD IAT Level II or higher certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required.
  • Proven experience in Help Desk operations, capable of supporting a large user base.
  • Strong skills in scripting and familiarity with Windows operating systems are essential.
