About the Role

HC-Resource is seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our North Carolina location. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, quality food, and a unique dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, select, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant personnel who deliver industry-leading customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain adequate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure inventory turns are achieved at least once monthly, particularly for bottled beer and liquor items.
  • Training and Development: Provide industry-leading training to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by effectively communicating with staff using various approaches tailored to individual needs.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure store conditions meet or exceed company standards.
  • Financial Management: Analyze financial and accounting reports to control expenses, including food cost, inventory, cash control, payroll, and other areas, to meet or exceed company budget guidelines.
  • Scheduling and Operations: Post staff schedules within the company's timeline and complete recurring tasks on or before scheduled deadlines.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for guests.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a 95% or higher rating on government health inspections.
