Responsibilities- Prepare patients for appointments by collecting and detailing pertinent information, including medical records and health questionnaires.
- Assist in the rooming process by collecting and documenting vital signs and medication information.
- Support patients in connecting with their healthcare providers and ensure a smooth visit experience.
- Complete visit wrap-up and provide patients with after-visit summaries, including recommendations for follow-up care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and care teams, demonstrating comfort with technology and virtual communication tools.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Proficient with technology, including computer hardware and software, and smart devices.
- Preferred qualifications include current nursing, medical, social work, psychology, or pharmacy students, or successful completion of NA, EMT, or HUC programs.
