Our team of subspecialists provides patients with access to new, innovative thinking and opportunities to participate in clinical trials. We evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad spectrum of endocrinologic and diabetic issues, offering complete, coordinated care through our highly trained care team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support providers and patients during clinic visits, playing a meaningful role in delivering an outstanding patient experience.
  • Monitor clinic schedules, greet and guide patients to their examination room, and collect pertinent medical information for their health records.
  • Act as a valued partner in delivering patient care by coordinating and communicating with other members of the healthcare team.
  • Depending on scope of certification or license, assist with minor in-office procedures, give injections and immunizations, and collect laboratory samples.
Requirements:
  • Emergency Medical Technician (EMT): NREMT & MN EMT certification
  • Medical Assistant (MA): Medical Assisting Diploma from a CHEA/CAAHEP accredited program (CMA or RMA preferred)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Active Minnesota LPN license
  • Visit Facilitator: High school diploma or GED and 1+ year of customer service experience
