In this position, you will be tasked with ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of resident living spaces and shared areas within the community.

Role Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning of resident living quarters, corridors, and other communal spaces.
  • Assist in preparing vacant units for new resident occupancy.
  • Ensure satisfaction of residents and guests by promptly addressing their needs and requests.
  • Be prepared to assist in responding to resident emergencies as needed.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional attitude towards all residents, visitors, and colleagues.
Candidate Qualifications
  • No prior experience? That’s okay. We provide training.
  • Effective communication skills in English are essential.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
  • Capable of solving practical issues and managing situations with limited standardization.
  • Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor towards residents and fellow team members.
