Job Overview

Ryde Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to lead our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project updates to customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders through effective written and oral communication.
  • Ensure comprehensive knowledge of construction project aspects, including electrical, HVAC, fire alarm, fire suppression, architectural, and other relevant areas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of experience as a site supervisor or superintendent on industrial or commercial projects.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Experience on projects exceeding $500,000.
  • Certification in a construction trade from a recognized trade certifier.
  • US Citizenship.
  • MDE "Green Card" holder (can be obtained after employment).
  • OSHA 30 Certification (can be obtained after employment).
  • Previous Federal DoD contract experience.
  • Management of construction task order projects.
  • Ability to read drawings and prints.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five years of experience in supervisory roles.
