Administrative Support Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Simmons Security and Sound, PLLC as an Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support, manage day-to-day operations, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Tasks
  • Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and log interactions.
  • Track job site operations, schedule jobs, bids, and service calls.
  • Enter data and maintain records for estimates, agreements, and certificates.
  • Create correspondences, emails, and other documents as required.
  • Support billing and collections processes to minimize delays.
  • Review reports and schedule appointments to optimize productivity.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in office administration or related fields, preferably in a contractor environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education in business administration is an asset.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the company's Naples office.
Compensation

Our company offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
