Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Sunnyhill Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to reduce problem behaviors and teach appropriate replacement behaviors for children, adolescents, and adults with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, educators, and other team members.
  • Develop skills acquisition programming and train parents, caregivers, and other team members on behavior change protocols.
  • Analyze data and adjust plans as needed, based on data.
  • Consult and coordinate services with other education and healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Attend client-centered meetings, such as IEPs and ISPs, as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • National Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Licensure as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Missouri.
  • Minimum 1 year experience providing services to individuals with autism and/or other developmental disabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with implementing functional behavior assessments and designing, implementing, and training others on individualized language, play, and skill-based curricula.
  • Supervisory experience in 1:1 education of learners with autism across educational and community settings.
  • Familiarity with designing, participating in, or supervising in-home 1:1 programs for young children with autism.
