Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Sunnyhill, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and other team members.
  • Develop and implement skills acquisition programming to teach appropriate replacement behaviors.
  • Train parents, caregivers, and other team members on behavior change protocols.
  • Analyze data and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • National Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Licensure as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Missouri.
  • Minimum 1 year experience providing services to individuals with autism and/or other developmental disabilities.
