Essential Duties:

  • Serve as legal counsel as necessary.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all client-related matters.
  • Adhere to professional responsibility standards as per California State Bar regulations.
  • Maintain the ability to travel on short notice for various legal obligations.
  • Engage professionally with clients, legal counterparts, and agency personnel.
  • Manage physical demands, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctorate or equivalent from an accredited institution, be admitted to the California State Bar, and have a working knowledge of relevant legal software. A valid California driver's license and the ability to pass a criminal background check are also required.
