About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Tech (MHT) to join our team. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in our psychiatric setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct patient care and support
- Assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence
- Participating in treatment planning and implementation
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of experience in a psychiatric setting/patient care preferred
- Patient care experience
- Ability to obtain CPR certification and non-violent crisis prevention certification (company will train)
