A Master's degree in Nursing and certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) are essential requirements for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a psychiatric setting, preferably in an outpatient environment, and possess a strong understanding of addiction and mental health issues. The estimated annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $160,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
