We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Home Health Support Specialist to join our team. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each client.

About Our Clients:

  • We serve individuals of all ages and backgrounds, from children and adults with disabilities to seniors and those recovering from illness or injury.
  • Our clients may require assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as companionship and emotional support.

Your Role:

  • You will work closely with our clinical team to develop personalized care plans that cater to each client's needs and preferences.
  • As a Caregiver/Home Health Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct care services, including:
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal hygiene.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to our clients.
  • Assisting with transportation and other light duties as assigned.
