About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Resident Services Manager to join our team at RC Management, Inc. This full-time position will oversee various activities and programs for senior residents, ensuring a safe and engaging living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily activity schedules.
  • Maintain the Activity Calendar and update staff accordingly.
  • Publish the weekly resident newsletter, The Villager.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to address resident concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $22.50 - $27.50 per hour, based on experience.
  • 401(k) matching, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off.
  • Monday to Friday schedule.
  • In-person work location.
