Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Supervise Banquet Staff: Direct and manage a team of banquet staff to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Coordinate with Kitchen Staff: Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage service.
  • Maintain Banquet Supplies and Equipment: Oversee the inventory and maintenance of banquet supplies and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Communicate with Clients: Liaise with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the event and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
