  • Event Knowledge: Remain familiar with all current and upcoming event details, staying one step ahead to anticipate and address any potential issues.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve staff and customer concerns quickly and efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Staff Support: Assist the Banquet Manager with scheduling, training, and performance management, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
  • Logistics: Ensure sufficient operating guest supplies, beverage supplies, and equipment for functions assigned, guaranteeing a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Banquet Manager.
  • Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of Food and Beverage preparation and presentation, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in Hotel management software and Point of Sale systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate business needs, demonstrating a commitment to the success of the hotel.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
