About the Role

As a Patient Care Technician, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and performing various technical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our dialysis center.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing dialysis treatments
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote patient well-being
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication
  • Perform technical tasks, such as setting up and operating dialysis equipment, and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Basic life support certification and willingness to obtain specialized certifications as required
