We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist Lead to join our team at CVS Health, where our purpose is to bring our heart to every moment of your health.

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine care for our patients.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, overseeing the management, operation, and quality assurance of all aspects within your pharmacy, and ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

You will be accountable for motivating, inspiring, and developing your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues' strengths, addressing development opportunities, and decreasing knowledge gaps.

Additionally, you will identify critical business opportunities, contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy, and successfully implement those solutions by leading your team to achieve specified goals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $73.00 per hour, with the actual base salary offer depending on various factors, including experience, education, and geography.
