Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Hash Kitchen Arizona team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including customer service, food quality, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve as the point of contact for all customer service matters, ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience.
  • Food Quality: Oversee the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Hash Kitchen standards.
  • Staff Management: Assess and communicate the hiring needs of the store, complete new hire paperwork, and train employees professionally and profitably.
  • Operations: Troubleshoot store profitability by monitoring daily and weekly sales and cost control figures, and organize the restaurant following proper food rotation and cleanliness procedures.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate experienced knowledge of all menu items, lead monthly meetings with all employees, and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of High-Volume, Full-Service restaurant management experience.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Certifications: ServSafe certificate and Food Managers permit.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, collaborative, growth mindset, and partnership-oriented.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.
  • Bonus Compensation: Up to $13,000.
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision, PTO, and continuous hospitality training and certifications.
