Pediatric Surgical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Surgical Nurse to join our team at Boston Children's Hospital. This part-time opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing expert care to pediatric surgical patients.
About the RoleThis role will involve working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse on our inpatient unit, you will be responsible for:
- Providing competent care to pediatric surgical patients, including those with orthopedic, general surgery, trauma, ORL, and plastic surgery specialties.
- Working closely with families to provide family-centered care and address their needs.
- Attending to the full range of human experiences and responses to health and illness, promoting a caring relationship that facilitates health and healing.
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
- A minimum of 1 year of inpatient acute RN experience; 2 years strongly preferred.
- Pediatric or surgical experience is highly desirable.
