Position Overview

The Food Service Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all facets of food service operations under the direction of the Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guarantee prompt service and high-quality offerings
  • Oversee inventory management and lead team members
  • Administer payroll and ensure adherence to regulations
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and innovate new concepts
  • Control budget and provide mentorship to staff
  • Experience with union environments is preferred

Required Qualifications
