Position Overview:
The Patient Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations within the clinic, aiming to deliver an exceptional patient experience during every interaction. This role is dedicated to managing patient flow through the clinic while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate patient registration and rooming processes.
- Conduct vital sign assessments and document findings in the electronic medical record (EMR) according to clinic protocols.
- Process medication refill requests and collect applicable fees.
- Assist healthcare providers in delivering quality medical care.
- Perform phlebotomy as required.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
