Job Summary

U.S. Dermatology Partners is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to support our clinical trials team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences or social sciences and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist coordinators with patient visits, including scheduling, data acquisition, and procedures such as biopsies and photodynamic therapy.
Verify and maintain data integrity, ensuring consistency with study protocols.
Assist physicians with patient care, including instrument handling and injections.
Collect EKGs and vital signs, and process blood, urine, and biopsy samples according to study protocols and IATA/OSHA standards.
Maintain accurate records and source documents, and perform other duties as necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or social sciences, or equivalent experience.
At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a research or medical assistant role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and basic to intermediate computer operation skills.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations, including ICH GCP and HIPAA guidelines.
