Position Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Account Manager / Rehab Manager in a designated territory by contributing to the achievement of sales targets for Sunrise Medical products. This includes delivering and servicing Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT) equipment to various healthcare facilities and clients. The position also involves performing maintenance and repairs on CRT mobility equipment and managing the sample inventory. Building strong customer and clinical relationships through excellent service and technical support is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and set up CRT mobility equipment for assessments.
- Provide training to ATPs and clinics on the safe operation of company products.
- Conduct troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs independently.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective ATPs and clinicians as directed.
- Maintain regular communication with the Account Manager / Rehab Manager regarding service needs.
- Complete necessary documentation and respond to communications promptly.
- Manage inventory control and prepare status reports, including quarterly physical counts.
- Document and report product issues in accordance with company policies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Director / Account Manager / Rehab Manager.
- Travel overnight and attend special events on weekends as required.
