Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HRIS Supervisor to join our team at Planet Technology. As a key member of our HRIS team, you will be responsible for leading the transition from ADP Workforce Now to Workday, ensuring a seamless implementation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for successful Workday implementation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders and external consultants to guarantee successful deployment, and supervise a team of HRIS professionals, providing mentorship and support.
  • HRIS Systems Management: Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and security, and develop and implement HRIS policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze HRIS reports to support decision-making processes within the organization.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, leading efforts to optimize HRIS functionalities and user experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of Workday updates and HRIS industry trends, using this knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in managing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), with a strong background in Workday HCM, Workday HRIS, Workday Integration, and UKG/Kronos.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Workday Payroll, with knowledge of Benefit Functions and familiarity with Time tracking tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong ability to use ADP Workforce Now software effectively.
